Access requirements
Before applying for the Master's degree in Finance, please make sure you meet the following entry requirements:
In order to apply for our Finance Master programme a strong background in a Quantitative area is required and preferably holding one of the following bachelor degrees: Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics.
Students holding a Bachelor different from the ones mentioned above, should provide evidence that in their 3-year diploma (Bachelor in Science and Italian bachelor's degree) they have acquired the following number of ECTS (in case of students outside the European Union, the equivalent number of hours of study) in these areas:

Students graduated abroad should hold a 3-year university diploma (Bachelor of Science degree).
| PLEASE NOTE: a vocational title (such as a bachelor of Business Administration/Commerce from India) is unsuitable for accessing an Italian Master Degree due to a substantial difference according to the Lisbon Convention. |
In order to apply for our Finance Master Programme a strong backround in the Quantitative area is required and preferably holding one of the following bachelos degrees: Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics degree.
The following Bachelor’s degrees obtained in Italy are accepted:
- CLASSE L08 Lauree in Ingegneria dell’Informazione;
- CLASSE L09 Lauree in Ingegneria Industriale;
- CLASSE L30 Lauree in Scienze e Tecnologie Fisiche;
- CLASSE L31 Lauree in Scienze e Tecnologie Informatiche;
- CLASSE L35 Lauree in Scienze Matematiche;
- CLASSE L41 Lauree in Statistica.
Students should provide an international certification attesting a knowledge equal or higher than the B2 level of the Common European Framework (First Certificate in English). Otherwise, 6 ECTS in the English language are required (with a margin of tolerance up to 3 ECTS), corresponding at least to the B2 level.

However no certification is required to students who have graduated from an institution in which teachings are entirely given in English.
Provided that all the requirements mentioned above are satisfied, holding a GMAT / GRE certification is highly taken into account in the evaluation process.
